When do we have to give the Gold Link Travel club 10% discount?

The guest  must advise they have a Goldlink card when booking and present their card at check in.

The discount applies to the advertised rate in the current accommodation directory, not off any special rate, and

may also apply to bookings made on the Golden Chain website.

 


How do guests obtain a Gold Link Travel Club card?

They can get one from any Golden Chain property, by contacting head office and by completing the request

form on the Golden Chain website.


 

Does head office record guests details against their Gold Link Travel Club card number?

No, not at this stage. We keep their details if they choose to register online to receive their 10% discount on online

bookings.

 


Do we give other groups (ie Seniors, My Rewards etc) a 10% discount?

Yes, we have agreements with a number of groups/organisations who also receive the 10% discount.
