How do I process HOC competition vouchers a guest has used as payment?

Send the voucher(s) with an invoice to head office and we will direct credit your account for the invoice amount - 

Please include BSB and Account number details on your invoice.

How do I get more Gold Link cards and directories?

Contact head office and we will send them out. They are free to member properties.

 


How do I process gift vouchers a guest has given as payment?

Treat them as cash and give the guest a 10% discount.  Then send the gift certificates to head office with an

invoice for the total amount. We will then direct credit your bank account for this amount - Please include BSB and

Account Number details on your invoice.

 


When do we stamp the HOC entry forms?

The guest receives 1 stamp for each night's stay. If they stay for 3 nights they get 3 stamps.

 


How do I change details of my property in the directory?

A few months before the next directory is due you will receive a directory information changes form in the mail.

Make the desired changes and email or fax back to head office before the deadline.
