The property has 18 well-appointed motel units, all with reverse cycle, split-system air-conditioning, full size shower and toilet, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Cooked or continental breakfast is available in our dining room or can be served to your room. Rooms are serviced daily.

One of the most popular accommodation options are our Villas. These self catering apartments are located at the back of the property overlooking the Raby Bay Harbourside Complex and Marina. They are spacious and self-contained with two bedrooms, lounge and dining room with television and video cassette recorder, kitchen and full size shower and toilet. The master bedroom has a wall-mounted television, the second bedroom has two single beds. The three-seater couch in the living area pulls out into a double bed. The villas have a lovely leafy outlook and are ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a longer stay. Serviced daily.

Things to do in Cleveland QLD

Cleveland is right on Brisbane's doorstep, and easily accessible by car or train. From Cleveland you can take the car ferry to North Stradbroke Island to visit many locations in the Moreton Bay and the Redlands area including the sub-tropical Coochiemudlo Island and the tranquil, secluded Bay Islands of Russell, Lamb, Macleay and Karragarra. There is plenty to see and do whether coming for day trips and longer stays.

The Redlands is one of Australia's most diverse holiday destinations. Fringed by Moreton Bay, the Redlands extends from Brisbane's outer suburbs to the white sandy beaches of North Stradbroke Island, where it meets the majestic South Pacific Ocean.

The Bay Air Motel in Cleveland is 35 minutes from the Brisbane Airport. We are 300 metres from the North Stradbroke Island car ferry and water taxi terminal.

Traveling to Cleveland by Car

From Brisbane - Travel south along the South East Freeway, take the Vulture Street exit, and follow Vulture Street for approximately 3km until you come to Cavendish Road, turn right, follow for approximately 800m, then turn left into Old Cleveland Road. Follow Old Cleveland Road (it becomes Finucane Road in Capalaba) all the way to the Redland Shire. Continue along Finucane Road, following the signs to Cleveland. From the Gold Coast - Travel north along the Pacific Highway, and take the Cleveland/Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road exit (about 1km beyond the Ipswich Motorway exit). Follow Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road for approx 20km. You will come to Redland Bay first (on your right), then Victoria Point, and the road ends at Cleveland.

Traveling to Cleveland by Train

Train from Brisbane - From Brisbane Central station or Roma Street staion, QR Citytrain's Cleveland Line will take you to Wynnum, Manly, Lota, Thorneside, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Ormiston or Cleveland. Train from Brisbane Domestic or International Airport - Take the Airtrain and change at Central or Roma Street Station onto the Cleveland Line.
Train from the Gold Coast - Surfside Bus Lines route 745 operates from Surfers Paradise to Nerang Station every 30 minutes from 5am - 2am Monday to Saturday and from 5.30am - 1am Sundays. Take the Gold Coast (Robina) Line to South Bank station and change onto the Cleveland Line. QR Citytrain's Cleveland Line will take you to Wynnum, Manly, Lota, Thorneside, Birkdale, Wellington Point, Ormiston or Cleveland.
