Murray Bridge is the major centre on the Murray River north of Lake Alexandrina. It is the "crown" of the Murray Region, containing many attractions for people of all ages. The property is central to some of South Australia's best natural attractions including Victor Harbor, the Coorong District and the Barossa Valley.

Murray Bridge is situated 80km east of Adelaide, approximately a 1 hour drive. It can be accessed via the South Eastern Freeway (M1) from Adelaide, and from Victoria via the Princes Highway (A1) or Western/Dukes Highway (A8) through Tailem Bend.
