We have nine newly renovated, large, comfortable, clean and quiet apartments. Choose from either one or two bedroom ground floor apartments, all with modern facilities. Off street parking is available and other guest facilities include a laundry, solar heated pool with sunshade, table tennis and a covered barbeque area/outdoor kitchen with fridge/freezer.

Sunrise Motel and Apartments are situated within easy access of the beautiful Murray River. Barooga is a popular holiday destination on the Murray River, as is it's sister city Cobram, located across the river in Victoria. Barooga offers large sandy beaches along the Murray River, home to the elusive Murray Cod, majestic river redgums as well as prolific birdlife. Popular activities include bushwalking, camping, fishing, a refreshing swim and water skiing.

We are situated just ten minutes from the Cobram shopping area. The 36 hole Cobram-Barooga Golf Club and the Barooga Sports Club are within walking distance of our property. Other things to do might include; bushwalking around Quinn Island, a waterbird wonderland. A river cruise or take a canoe trip from Thompsons Beach. Sampling award winning wine at nearby boutique wineries. Going to see the Big Murray Cod at nearby Tocumwal. Enjoying the large covered children's playground, located opposite our property within the town's lush botanic gardens.
