Mandurah Holiday Village offers resort accommodation for families, groups and corporate guests. Our self-contained apartments are an excellent alternative to the standard hotel room with 2 bedroom self contained villas sleeping up to 6-8 people. All you have to bring is a beach towel, and your personal items. It's just a 100 meter stroll to Mandurah's beautiful beaches or a five minute walk to town.

The Resort boasts fantastic facilities with an outdoor pool, heated spa, trampolines, half court tennis, laundry facilities, children's play ground, BBQ area and security car parks and also a separate one for your boats and trailers. We also have an internet kiosk and wireless internet to many villas.

Choose one of the magic two bedroom villas which features a full kitchen, lounge, dining and bathroom. Ground floor units open into courtyards and lawns, whilst those on the first floor have their own private balconies. Our Villas are fully self contained. All kitchens come fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave and plenty of bench space. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience.

Things to Do in Mandurah WA

First of all, The Resort is only 100m from the beach and marina, and a short stroll to the many shops and restaurants. Many people park the car and stay!

Mandurah is bordered by the Indian Ocean, Peel Inlet and Harvey Estuary offering all types of water based activities - swimming with dolphins, good fishing, crabbing and prawning, take a canal cruise or hire a boat or houseboat equipped with fishing gear.

Enjoy a game of golf on one of Mandurah's 3 world-class golf courses. The Kennedy Bay course, designed by Ian Baker-Finch and Secret Harbour Golf Links course, designed by Graham Marsh are both 18-hole, links-style courses that are well worth a visit. The Meadow Springs Country Club, designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, is a huge draw card with international visitors. Meadow Springs is rated third in Western Australia and is one of the top 10 resort courses in Australia

Finding Us

Mandurah is less than an hours drive south of Perth. Mandurah Holiday Village is located on the corner of Mandurah Terrace and Stewart St, we are 300m past the intersection at the Silver Sands shopping centre. Mandurah Terrace is a turn of the highway, just follow the City centre signs.
